In his role, Sam finds fulfilment in working with a diverse client base, which includes institutional property companies, SMEs, and individual investors. Sam is dedicated to understanding his client’s unique objectives by taking the time to engage with them and building lasting relationships. His approach allows him to deliver customised services tailored to meet each client’s individual needs effectively.

So impressed with the professionalism of Parker Bullen LLP especially Sam Flowers for preparing the Commercial Lease I required. Everything was extremely smooth sailing and took a lot of concerns away from me. Advice and information is paramount and as a client I felt totally secure as the recipient. From the initial consultation to its completion I was informed at every stage and the Lease was swiftly produced.

We have recently completed the leases on two commercial properties, one in Birmingham (c.5.5k sq.ft) and the other in Cardiff (c.2k sq.ft). We have found the service throughout from Sam Flowers and the team at Parker Bullen to be exemplary. Sam's approach has been calm, collected, diligent with the required level of urgency whenever needed. Excellent advice well delivered that has added value.

After completing his Law degree in 2015 at the University of Sussex, he went on to be a Commercial Property Paralegal at a top-100 national law firm before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2019. In 2021, he joined another regional firm as a Solicitor before making the move to our firm as an Associate in 2024.

Some examples of Sam’s experience include:

  • Acting for high street clothing retailer in taking simultaneous renewal and reversionary lease, including the negotiation of complex turnover rent review provisions
  • Acting for lender in the refinancing and restructuring of an ex-Premier League football training facility
  • Property restructuring for pension scheme client, including dealing with transfer of freehold interest and simultaneous leaseback, and surrender and re-grant of occupational underlease
  • Purchase of garage site and MOT testing facility for individual property investor

Outside of work Sam is an avid golfer and enjoys fly-fishing. Residing in the New Forest, Sam embraces outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and walking with his wife, son, and dog.
