Mark joined us as a Partner in the Residential Property department based in Romsey Strong House in May 2024. Able to work with his clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases, remortgaging and Transfer of Equity, Mark’s calm approach allows him to reassure his clients, walking them through every step.
He appreciates that the majority of his clients will be nervous, whether they are a first time buyer, they haven’t bought or sold a property for years or they are going through difficult circumstances. For those moving into their dream home, Mark strives to make the process as smooth as possible from start to finish. For those looking to make a change due to a divorce or separation, or the loss of a loved one, Mark aims to keep things as simple as he can, taking any unnecessary stress out of the matter, reaching the result in a timely manner.
My family and I have used Mark for 10+ purchase/ sales both in personal and business names. I’ve used Mark as a first time buyer and for my business rental portfolio and he has always delivered an excellent service. Mark is always happy to help with quick responses to emails with clear and easy explanations. I will continue to use Mark for all my personal/ business needs and you should too!
Mark and Chris made our house move so easy. They were really helpful, quick to respond, and always provided clear answers to any questions we had. Everything went smoothly, and we really appreciated their support. We’d definitely recommend their services and will be sure to use Parker Bullen again in the future.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked in Residential Property after leaving University in 2003, predominantly in Hampshire with the exception of a year working in Lincolnshire. He has been a Licensed Conveyancer since 2021 and gained his LLB (Hons) Degree in 2003.
Outside of work, he enjoys walking in the New Forest with his wife and pretending that he knows his way around a golf course! With some more practice, Mark aims to improve his golfing skills.
