Vanessa Lacy

Vanessa joined our Salisbury office in 2021 working initially within our Administration and Reception team.  She is now our Archivist, also overseeing our Facilities and Building Maintenance. 

Prior to working with us, Vanessa started working life as a hairdresser before becoming a pub manager and then working for six years overseas in a holiday company.  Immediately before joining us, she worked in customer service and administration.  From all of her varied roles, Vanessa brings with her valuable skills when providing exceptional client care and support for her colleagues.  When approaching her work, she always thinks of how she would like to be treated and uses that insight with clients, whether that is over the phone or face to face.  

In her years working with us, she has found it such a friendly place to work; everyone is approachable and she was made to feel welcome from her first day.  Outside of work, Vanessa has two dogs that need a lot of walking and a teenager that needs a lot of feeding!  In her downtime, she likes to knit, go to the gym or have a catch up with her sister and friends.
