Rebecca East

Rebecca joined our Salisbury office in October 2024 as Senior Associate in our Residential Property department.

Rebecca has a wealth of expertise in property transactions, with a focus on but not limited to freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build conveyancing, shared ownership, discount unit schemes, equity release, transfers of equity, remortgages, and Help to Buy redemptions.

Rebecca understands that buying or selling a property is one of the most stressful experiences in life. She values the trust her clients place in her and is dedicated to providing the kind of service she would expect to receive. Communication is at the heart of her approach, and she works hard to keep her clients informed throughout their transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and since then has worked in the Residential Property department of two local law firms.

Outside her work, Rebecca has had the incredible opportunity of writing two editions of ‘A Practical Guide to New Build Conveyancing’ with Law Brief Publishing. Rebecca also enjoys spending time with her partner and son, staying active at the gym, and the occasional Parkrun.
