Parker Bullen, a winner of the national Wills & Probate Awards in 2020 is launching a full legal service offering in Romsey with immediate effect.
Whilst Parker Bullen may be a new name to Romsey, it is a long-established law firm with offices in Salisbury and Andover and credentials stretching back over two hundred years.
The Romsey legal offering will be headed up by experienced Partner Jason Evans who joins Parker Bullen from Southampton based R M Legal where he headed the family law and divorce team. Jason has been a lawyer for almost 30 years and is a trained mediator. He has particular expertise in divorce cases involving business issues, pensions and trusts. Additionally, he specialises in disputed will and probate and cases involving the residence, contact and issues about schooling and relocation of children.
The firm has secured premises on The Hundred in the centre of Romsey which they will be opening to clients for face-to-face meetings as soon as the current lockdown ends. In the meantime, Parker Bullen is using video technology to support clients.
Gareth Horner, managing partner, Parker Bullen, comments: “The pandemic has proved challenging for people and businesses. Our focus throughout has been to support existing and new clients in need of advice and our proactive use of technology has allowed us to do this. However, technology has its limitations and face to face meetings are incredibly important in certain circumstances, no more so in family law which is why we are very pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Evans to our family team. We are also extremely pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Romsey (lockdown permitting) where clients will be able to access the full range of legal services from our growing team.
