Role: Senior Compliance Assistant

Department: Compliance 

Office: Andover, Romsey, Salisbury, Totton, Witney

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Assistant, the role is flexible to a degree with the office location however, this would be dependent on the experience level of the candidate.

The candidate

The ideal candidate would have some experience of working in a Compliance role, together with an understanding of Property Compliance administration and regularity requirements.

The role

The role would consist of the following;

  • Supporting the Residential Property department with Compliance administration;
  • Legl administration;
  • Conducting new starter Compliance Inductions, together with supporting and training firm-wide;
  • Working alongside our AML and Counter Terrorist Financing Policy & Practice Wide Risk Assessment;
  • Communicating with employees and third parties in responding to general Compliance queries; and
  • Consulting with the Compliance Officer / MLRO / DMLRO.
