We are looking for a Conveyancer to join our Residential Property team based in our Romsey or Salisbury office.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Have a proven track record of managing a varied caseload of residential property work;
• Be positive and can do attitude;
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communications skills;
• Confident level of technical knowledge;
• Have commercial acumen;
• A desire to learn and evolve;
• Provide an excellent level of client service; and

The role

The role includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks:

• To work as part of a property team comprising five partners and another nine fee earners;
• Manage your own varied caseload of residential property work;
• Be able to work on your own initiative with support from an established team;
• Meet billing and time recording targets;
• Be committed to developing the profile of the firm and endorse PB’s values.
